ALLELUIA! Christ is risen!
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
There are many mysteries in the world. How can a big, fat cat fit into a tiny box? How does a toddler manage to get a child-proof lock open? For that matter, how does an adult manage to get a child-proof pill bottle open? AND HOW DOES A SMALL PARISH HAVE SO MUCH GOING ON????
We are in for an exciting few months, so let me give you some important dates to put on your calendars.
- April 25 – Construction starts on the church sidewalks. Do not park on Elm Street in front of the church. Some machinery will be in the parking lot temporarily.
- April 29 – International dinner postponed.
- May 1 – Spring flower pick up begins; coupons available from Janice beginning April 23.
- May 1 – Donations for the Yard Sale will be received starting today. Schedule to be posted soon.
- May 2-9 – Mo. Laura away at Credo Conference. Fr. Don Schaible covering. Contact the Wardens in case of emergency. Fr. Jerry Gaeta taking the Sunday service.
- May 14 – Raise Right (gift card) orders due
- May 28 – PENTECOST! Wear fiery colors, in honor of the Fires of the Spirit!
- June 3, 11:00 a.m., Nativity Cathedral – Ordination of Jennifer Burkhardt to the Diaconate
- June 3-4 – Parish Yard Sale, Hours posted soon.
- June 26-30 – Ellie Escher’s Music Camp

- September 8 – Homecoming potluck/International picnic supper
- October 21 – Halloween Parade
